Condolence from Debbie Hargrove on June 30th, 2019 8:25 pm

Tracy was one of the kindest guys. He was a sweet soul. He was very quiet but if he let you in his space he would open up and keep you talking. He will forever be a special part of my “Collin Family” and will always have a place in my heart. I cherished the friendship that we shared for so many years. He will be missed but will be loved forever. Heaven has a better sound now that he is there. May God bless and comfort the family. Always know that your Daddy was well loved.

Tracy was a loving friend and father. A talented musician and an expert audio engineer! His wit and humor were second to none, and he always made everyone laugh. The world is a lesser place without him in it. My most sincere prayers and condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace good man. Until we meet again…

Tracy was one of a kind. He was a wonderful, kind and caring guy who always talked about his children and how much they meant to him. He always made me laugh whenever our paths crossed while he worked for Collin Raye. I will cherish the friendship I had with him for many years to come. Heaven gained an amazing and talented guy and someday I know we will meet again. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
