
Terry Wayne Russell, age 64 of Fairview, TN passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015. Mr. Russell was born December 28, 1950 in Bowling Green, KY to the late Damon Albert and Norma Jean Douglas Russell.
Mr. Russell served in the National Guard and retired from St. Thomas Hospital after his career as a surgical assistant. He was a member of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church. An avid supporter of the NRA and an outdoorsman at heart, he enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and boating.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Russell; son, Chris (Jenny) Russell; step-daughters, Julie (Brandon) Niblock and Holly (Chad) Wolfenden; brothers, Dale (Irene) Russell, Steve (Paula) Russell and Mark (Melissa) Russell; grandchildren, Kinleigh Russell, Carson Russell and Barrett Niblock; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and his beloved dogs, Gracie and Bubba.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 P.M.. Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 9770 Hwy 96, Nashville, TN 37221.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Presbyterian Church or to Alive Hospice.
