Russell Carr Trego III, age 60 of Mount Juliet, TN passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Nashville, TN. He was born October 29, 1955 in Cleveland, OH to the late Russell Carr Trego Jr. and E. Marian Johns Trego.
He owned and operated Progressive Industrial Corp. for over 15 years. He loved Professional Bull Riding (PBR) and enjoyed watching the finals live in Las Vegas or in Nashville. He loved cooking and baking with the family as well as spending time outdoors, especially camping and canoeing as a family He will be remembered for his love of history, attending national parks and museums, and going to anything and everything historical on family trips. He also loved music, especially from the Big Band era. He was extremely patriotic and served the community during his time as a Mason. He held memberships at Atlas Pythagoros Lodge #10 in Westfield, NJ & Tebala Shriners in Rockford, IL.
Mr. Trego is survived by his wife, Babita Melissa Trego of Mt Juliet, TN; daughters, Misty Trego of Lebanon, TN, Marianna Trego of Nashville, TN, and Marlayna Trego of Mt Juliet, TN; sons, Russell Wesley Trego of Mt Juliet,TN, Ricky Trego of Nashville, TN and Russell C. Trego IV of Carthage, TN; brothers, R. Edward (Lane) Trego of Ravenna, OH and Randy Cieslak of Euclid, OH; sisters, Diana Trego of Lakewood, OH and R.Joann Wilkinson of Novato, CA; grandchildren, Makayla of Lebanon, TN and Tyanna, Dylan, Gabriella, Taylor and Micahla of Rockford, IL; great-granddaughter, Sabrina Rose; step-mom, Carol Trego of Ravenna, OH; and mother-in-law, Joyce Narine of Lebanon, TN.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, September 9, 2016 in the Drakesburg Cemetery in Freedom Township, Ohio. The cemetery is located on Nichols Road, 1/4 mile South of State Route 303.
