Zachary Campbell

Zachary Ewing Campbell passed away November 21, 2022 at the age of 30. Zach was born in Atlanta, Georgia, grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and Columbia, Tennessee, and as a testament to his great love of travel, lived at various points in Texas, Tennessee, California, Buenos Aires, Virginia, and London.

Zach’s dedication to the betterment of the world, to his convictions as an individual within it, and to his family were the core of his character. He inspired loyalty and love above all else; neither of which can be diminished in his passing and both of which make his absence keenly felt now and forever. He was a selfless man, a dear friend, and a beloved son and brother.

Zachary is survived by his father, Peter Ewin Campbell, his sister, Alexandra Lackland Campbell, his step-mother, Kumiko Campbell and his aunts, uncles, and cousins. Zachary is preceded in death by his mother, Eileen Wortsmann Campbell, his maternal grandparents, Mary Wortsmann née Lackland and Gene Wortsmann , and his paternal grandparents, Sybrechje Campbell née Groenier and Thomas Campbell.

Zachary’s memorial service/celebration of life will be held on February 20, 2023 at the Macon United Methodist Church in Macon, North Carolina at 12 p.m. ET.”  We would love for friends and family to come with fond memories to share, or with photographs of Zach.
