Wynn O'Meara

Wynn O'Meara, age 63, was born in Chicago, June 24th, 1958, to Mozel Bush and James Francis O'Meara. He is survived by his sister, Frances O'Meara; and a host of other family and friends.

Wynn was married to Susan Scott O'Meara.  Wynn continued friends with Susan through out the years.

Wynn graduated from St. Gregory High School, in Chicago in 1976. He attended Jackson State Community College, in Jackson, TN, where he studied Respiratory Therapy. He received an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy.

He worked as a Respiratory Therapist for 35 years. He spent 25 years working at St. Thomas Hospital, in Nashville, for 25 years.

Wynn helped save many lives, and was conscientious and caring with patients, and families. He taught many students Respiratory Therapy and CPR training.

Wynn had a quick wit and always had the right joke for any situation. He could make you laugh, when you were feeling your lowest. Wynn made himself available to help anyone in need without asking for anything in return. He literally came to the rescue for many in their time of distress. Wynn was a good listener and will be missed by family, friends, and fellow co - workers
