Michael Byrd

It is with broken hearts, that we announce the passing of Michael T. Byrd. Michael was born February 16, 1972 in Ft. Myers Florida. He left this earth to be with his Heavenly Father on April 7, 2022.

Michael was an animal advocate, loved the outdoors and all who knew him spoke of his kindness and his sweet and loving spirit.

Michael is survived by his wife, Sharon L. Byrd of Lewisburg, Tennessee, his mother, Viki L. Everly of Nashville, Tennessee, his sister, Jessica A. Ivey and her husband, Joshua Ivey of Charleston, South Carolina, his step-sister, Ashley Byrd of West Moreland, Tennessee, his aunt and uncle, Karen Shirley and Michael Goldstein of West Palm Beach, Florida, his uncle and aunt, Bill and Pat Shirley of Bradenton, Florida, his uncle and aunt, John and Dianna Shirley of Huntsville, Alabama, his aunt, Penny Wingo of Big Lake, Alaska, his uncle, Andy Byrd of El Prada, New Mexico, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Spencer T. Byrd and his daughter, Kelsee Holman.

There will be a funeral Mass on June 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Saint Henry Catholic Church. 6401 Harding Pike, Nashville, Tennessee, 37205.
