Debra Taylor

Sadly we announce that our beloved Debra Kay Taylor passed away on April 29, 2023, in her home with her family tending to her needs. She was born on March 31, 1958, in Los Angeles, California, to George and Cherry Rickard Mihal.  Debra married Richard Taylor on October 7, 2000.

She is survived by her husband, her son, Andrew Mihal, and her stepson, Brannon Taylor.  She is also survived by her brothers, George Mihal (Evelyn) and Allen Smalley (Ellie), and her sister, Sandra Fell (Gary).  Her sister-in-law, Sandra Vance (Howard) also survives.  Debra had 6 grandchildren, including Joseph Taylor and Regan Sydell. She had 4 great-grandchildren, as well.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her brother, Barry Mihal (Bonnie), and her grandparents.
