Ward “Pa” Dietz age 86 of White Bluff, TN passed away peacefully June 25th 2026 at TriStar Horizon Medical Center.

Ward was born in Lowry City, MO on June 24, 1940 to the late Ted & Mildred Dietz. Ward proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Helicopter Crew Chief from 1958 to 1961. He was retired from Local Union Pipe fitters #572. He was also a long-time member of Central Church of Christ in Charlotte, TN.

In later years Ward enjoyed traveling, reading Civil War books, watching UT football games & westerns. He will be greatly missed by his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Ruby Owsley & brother Rex Dietz.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years Aileen Dietz, son Larry (Treva) Dietz, grandchildren Kyle (Shannon) Dietz, Clay (Allison) Dietz, great grandchildren Kaiden, Jaxon, Leah & Kisa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts & cousins.
