Beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, Thomas Lewis Amos, age 64 of Madison, TN went Home to be with the Lord March 20, 2017, the first day of Spring. Mr. Amos was Born January 1, 1953 in Christiansburg, VA to Duard and Helen Amos. He was born January 1, 1953 in Christiansburg, VA to Duard and Helen Amos.Tom was a Christian, accepting the Lord into his heart April 1985. He was loving, kind, gracious, and an instant friend to everyone. And everyone loved and appreciated him. He will be missed by so many. So many.He enjoyed having his own business and worked as a paint contractor for 35 years. Making his customer happy was his first priority, and he always found a way to make it happen.Tom is survived by his wife, Jean Amos of Madison; son, Trey Suarez of Pensacola, FL; mother, Helen Amos of Christiansburg, VA; father, Duard Amos of Christiansburg, VA; sister, Lana Amos Criner of Christiansburg, VA; brothers, Doug Amos of Christiansburg, VA and Greg Amos of Christiansburg, VA; and many nieces, nephews, and family members.A celebration of Tom’s life will be held from from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 25, 2017, at Metro Baptist Church in Goodlettsville, TN.
