Sherri Connally

Sherri Lynn Jacobs Connally was born in Marietta, GA November 15, 1962 and died suddenly at home on February 27, 2018.Sherri was employed by United Healthcare Fiduciary Services, Bismarck, ND and worked remotely from her home office. She served as a financial analyst and manager, supervising a team of 28 staff. At her ten-year anniversary, she was recognized as an invaluable asset to her company.Sherri attended Tennessee Technological University and was previously employed by Cigna Healthcare. She was a member of Arlington United Methodist Church. Sherri participated in several 5K charity runs and was an avid gardener and cook. Sherri was a kind and warmhearted person with an infectious laugh.She was predeceased by her father, Edward S. Jacobs.She is survived by her husband, John E. Connally; step-daughter, Bess Connally and step-son, Warren Connally; grandson, Bobby Connally; mother, Irene Luella Jacobs of Ypsilanti, MI; brother, Edward S. Jacobs Jr. of Milan, MI and his wife, Eleanor Jean; nieces, Lauryn of Chicago, IL and Eryn of Raleigh, NC; sister, Teresa J. Speers and her husband, Paul of Nashville, TN; and her beloved dog, Frances.A celebration of Sherri's life will be announced at a later date.Memorial contributions may be made to Nashville Humane Association, 213 Osceola Ave., Nashville, 37209.
