Rita M. Qualls, 68, of Goodlettsville, TN passed away on August 19, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born in Waynesboro, TN on October 29, 1954 to Charles Morgan and Mary Jones.
She is survived by husband, Joe Qualls and his family, as well as, her brother, Jerry Morgan, and a host of friends. Services are incomplete at this time.
