Philip Lee Farmer

Philip Lee Farmer was loved by everyone he met. He was an amazing husband and father and the best “Pappy” to his grandchildren. He had a heart of gold and would drop everything to help anyone who needed it. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing him was left with a story that’ll put laughter in your heart.

Philip passed away September 27, 2025 in Nashville, TN.

Philip was a retired member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 572 and a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. He proudly served in the US Navy.

Proceeded in death by his parents, Luster and Malvena Farmer.

Survived by wife, Denese Farmer and sister, Janis Atkinson (Phil) and children, Kelsey White (Silas) and Ginette Roberts and 3 grandchildren; Iris, Ivan and Bryanna.

Funeral Mass will be held at St Ann Catholic Church 5101 Charlotte Ave. Nashville, TN 37209 on Saturday, October 18th at 10 AM. Visitation will be at 9 AM. Information for the Celebration of Life will be at the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
