He was born July 2, 1966.Paul was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 19 years, Susan Swafford; father, Vernon Swafford; and sister, Rachel Swafford Washburn.He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Swafford; siblings, Vernon Swafford Jr., Matthew Swafford, and Christal Swafford; and stepmother, Roberta Swafford.Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced when available.
