M.C. Booker

M. C. Booker, age 91 of Knoxville, TN passed March 30, 2023 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. He was born February 10, 1932 in Luttrell, TN. He was a member of Black Oak Heights Baptist Church in Knox County, TN. Mr. Booker was preceded in death by his brother, J. C. Booker; sister, Edna Loveday; sons, James Christopher Booker and Anthony Steve Booker. Survived by his wife of 69 years Edra Booker; grandsons, Matthew Booker and Jason Booker; great grandchildren, Lucas Booker, Madison Booker, Cole Booker, Allie Booker, Talon Brown, and Emma Booker.

Mr. Booker served in the United States Army during the Korean War and retired as a Maintenance Supervisor at Y-12 National Security Complex. He was the rock of this beautiful family and will be missed deeply.
