Mark David Carr, age 71, of Tipp City, passed away on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026. He is preceded in death by his parents Darrel Eugene and Betty Jane Carr (Winebrenner).

He will be missed by his two daughters, Jessica Jacobe and Jami Carr. He also has several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mark was an incredible visionary and loved to landscape.

A small graveside service will be held at the convenience of family in Upper Sandusky.
