Jeffrey Donald Hilburn (66) passed into glory on March 16th, 2026. He was preceded in death by his mother Carmella (Peluso) Hilburn and his father Donald Lloyd Hilburn.

He was born in San Diego, CA on October 5th, 1959, and passed away at Williamson Medical Center on March 16, 2026, from an acute embolic stroke.

Jeffrey worked in the fire sprinkler industry for over 40 years. He loved Alabama football and was an avid fan. He had an active and curious mind and was enthusiastic about Biblical prophecy and history. When he retired in February 2025 after a mobility limiting stroke, he found a renewed interest in life with the addition to his family of a lively Yorkshire Terrier Jacob.

He and his wife Lisa met in the singles class at First Baptist Nashville and were married there in 2002. Most recently, he was a member of the Brentwood Baptist Encouragers Sunday morning class for the past 11 years.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife Lisa (Whitfill) Hilburn and his sister Lisa Anne (Hilburn) Hart and her husband Don L. Hart. He is also survived by his nieces, Nicholle Michelle Hart, and her husband Chad Shapiro; Katharine Elizabeth (Hart) Barker, and her husband Logan Barker and his nephew Matthew Sterling Hart, and his wife Katherine (Simms) Hart.
