Delia Rafaela Connell was born on July 18, 1931 and passed away on August 31, 2016, at the age of 85.Ms. Connell was a registered nurse in Ft. Smith, AR for 30 years prior to retiring in 1993. She has been a resident of TN for the past 20 years.She is survived by her four children, Sherlean Lybolt, Juan King, Leroy King, and Mary Buss; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.Services will be private and held at a later date.
