David Pinnick, a devoted father, beloved grandfather, and cherished brother, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on March 20, 1955, David lived a life marked be laughter, love, and a remarkable sense of humor that could instantly light up any room. He never missed a chance to crack a joke, and he leaves behind the valuable lesson that joy can be found even in the hardest of times. Simply put, David was a good person who profoundly changed the lives of everyone who knew him.
His greatest pride was his family. David was a loving and proud father to his daughters, Courtney Thomas (and her husband, Gabrien), Jessica Marr (and her husband, Nathaniel), and Evelyn Meadows, and his son, David Pinnick. He was preceded in death by his son, Luke Pinnick. His enduring legacy will live on through his nine adored grandchildren: Liam, Elisha, Gabriella, Sophia, Aiva, Zayda, Caedmon, Cheryl-Ashton, and Sylas, who will forever carry his love in their hearts.
A true enthusiast of life, David was a dedicated fan of the Minnesota Vikings and cheered hard for his team. The family finds comfort in knowing he was lucky enough to watch them play and win before his passing.
David is survived by his brothers, Joe Pinnick (and his wife, Sherrie), Cleve Pinnick, and Paul Pinnick. He is also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Sarah Belle Peerce, Sharlene, Cheryl Casey, Connie, Joe Jr., and Levi, all of whom shared in his love of family and laughter.
He will be deeply missed and remembered for his infectious humor, his generous heart, and the unconditional love he shared with his family and friends.
Details regarding a memorial service/celebration of life will be announced by the family at a later date.
