Bruce Robertson

On Tuesday, November 27, 2018, Bruce Robertson, loving husband and father of two, passed away at age 72. Bruce was born August 16, 1946 in Muskegon, Michigan to William and Beatrice Robertson. He met the love of his life Bonnie VanNortwick Robertson and they raised a son, Christopher William Robertson and a daughter, Jennifer Grace Robertson.Bruce and Bonnie raised their family in Wichita Falls, Texas, where Bruce spent 30 years working as a Quality Control Manager for Howmet Corporation. Later in life, with his wife Bonnie by his side, they had a calling to become missionaries in Bangkok Thialand with the International Mission Board where they spent 16 years spreading to word of God. Bruce was a gentle soul who loved his family, sports, and most of all the Lord.Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Beatrice and William Robertson. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; two children, Christopher, Jennifer and her fiance, Kevin; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Paul Stratton; nephew, Shaun Stratton, his wife Rachel and son, Rowan Stratton.A celebration of Bruce’s life will be held at 2:00 P.M., November 30, 2018 at Bellevue Baptist Church, 7400 Highway 70 South, Nashville, TN 37221.
