He was born February 20, 1959 in Fulton, KY to Ernest Wesley Hicks and Jacqueline Rushing Hicks.Mr. Hicks was preceded in death by his parents.He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Brady; step-daughter, Sheila Rice; sister, Barbara Hicks; brother, Michael Hicks; grandchildren, Michael Nielsen, Austin Payne, Alyssa Payne, Aleyah Baker, Anna Payne, Ariyana Rice, and Julian Rice.
