Cindy started with our company in 1992. She holds a degree in business management and also serves as Executive Director for the Cemetery Association of Tennessee.
Utilizing her years of experience in the funeral and cemetery industry, Cindy oversees operations and works with our location manager, to achieve our mission and promote the care of families first.
Director of Advance Planning
Ben is responsible for managing our Family Service Counselors to ensure families are able to make cemetery, cremation and funeral arrangements in advance. He is a member of St. Henry Catholic Church. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Ben knows the importance of being prepared. Ben is very active in many of our community’s veteran organizations.
Ben has vast experience in the profession and believes making funeral, cremation, or cemetery decisions does not have to be a difficult process. He knows the advance planning process allows you to express your wishes and relieve your loved ones of this future emotional and financial burden. This makes it one of the greatest gifts you can give our family.
Assistant Manager of Advanced Planning
Jeff Friedman considers himself one of the lucky people who has turned a passion into a career. A veteran of the Funeral Profession for twenty-seven years, he has had the honor to serve thousands of families. “It is about treating every family as if they were my own”, says Jeff. “It is my personal goal to make sure that each family is given every option to provide the most meaningful tribute for their loved one that allows for a memory to last a life-time.” Jeff and his wife, Tammy as well as their daughter, Sarah are new to Tennessee, but have quickly adopted the Volunteer State as their new home.
Valerie is a Native of Nashville, Tennessee. A proud mother of five adult children and a doting grandmother. Valerie worked as a Certified Nurse Technician for many years. In doing so, she found her passion and was introduced to the funeral service industry by way of nursing. Valerie received her Associate of Arts Degree from John A Gupton College class of 2012, and has since been able to thrive in the funeral industry. She is a Licensed Funeral Director/ Embalmer and a Certified Crematory Operator whose passion and dedication are evident. At her core she is a relationship builder. Valerie values her relationships with families and makes sure that she is always exceeding their expectations.
Family Service Counselor
Logan is a native of Tennessee. Service has been a huge part of Logan’s life. Growing up in Centerville, TN, he and his sister were exposed to the importance of community by watching their parents serve the town in different capacities, whether owning the local restaurant, the local beauty shop and even being an EMT for the county.
Logan has a natural and genuine heart that drives him to serve families in the Tennessee Community. While trained as a Professional Chef, his passion is helping families create lasting memories for many years to come. Logan and his future wife, Sarah live in Franklin, TN but are dedicated to serving all of middle Tennessee.
Family Service Counselor
Gerald received his seminary degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2002. He later received his associate’s degree in mortuary science from the University of Central Oklahoma and Amarillo College. He is a licensed funeral director and Preneed Family Service Counselor. Gerald is very honored and privileged to serve the families of middle Tennessee.
